Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, approximate countries, devices, traffic sources, pages and sections viewed, and contact button clicks. Google receives technical information including your IP address to process the visit. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We do not deliberately send names, email addresses, enquiry contents or other direct identifiers to Analytics.

We use consent as the lawful basis for this optional analytics processing. Google Analytics does not load until you select Accept analytics. Reject analytics leaves it disabled. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this website implementation.

Cookies and your choice

Google Analytics uses cookies named _ga and _ga_KF084VB045 to distinguish browsers and sessions. We configure their lifetime to a maximum of six months. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months so that we can respect it. Cookie settings, available at the bottom of every page, lets you withdraw consent. Rejecting after previously accepting stops tracking, removes accessible Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Hosting and security providers may use essential technologies to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. These operational technologies are separate from optional Google Analytics.

Enquiries

Contact buttons open your email application. A click is not confirmation that an enquiry was sent. If you email us, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps towards providing coaching services at your request. Other ordinary correspondence is handled for our legitimate interest in responding to you. Please avoid including sensitive information unless needed.

Providers, retention and international processing

Google processes analytics information on our behalf and may process information outside the UK. Google provides contractual data protection safeguards for relevant international transfers. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s data processing terms. Analytics records and aggregate reports have different retention rules; cookie expiry does not delete earlier reports. We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting services and applicable record keeping obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings. Contact us at the address above to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
